Our weekly classes are temporarily canceled, however we encourage you to sign up for one of our monthly Day Retreats! If you are looking to start a practice or deepen the one you have please send us an email, our teacher will gladly be available for you!
COST
A $10 donation is required to help cover the cost of the space. Bring your own yoga mat, blocks and bolster. Extra props will be available for those who need them.
